Yes. You must use a Wise Business account to issue rewards through Genius Referrals. Personal Wise accounts are not supported.
Payout requests are created in the Advocate Portal. In the Admin Portal, if a payout is Pending, you move it to Processing to initiate processing, and it completes when Wise finishes the transfer.
Yes. When enabled, you can Pause the integration to stop payouts and use Play to resume later.
Recipients receive an email from Wise with instructions to claim the reward and provide the required details to complete the transfer.
If a reward is not claimed within 7 days, the funds are returned to your Wise Business account and you can reissue the reward once funds return.
