How to Add Custom Fields to Forms
- Log in to your Genius Referrals account.
- From the Website Builder page, on the Current Page dropdown menu, select the Form you wish to add custom fields,
- Once selected the Form, click on the 'Pencil' icon to edit the Form.
- From this page, select a Field Type option on the dropdown menu and start configuring your custom field settings.
- Once finished, click the Add Field to the Form, then click Save and Close to save the changes.
- If the page is ready to be viewed publicly, click the Publish button to make your changes live.
