If an advocate forgets or cannot recover their password for any reason, or if you think their account has been compromised, you can reset their password from the Genius Referrals admin portal.Change a password:
- Sign in to your Genius Referrals account.
- In the navigation menu on the left side, click the Advocates page.
- Next, within this page, select the advocate you'd like to change the password, go to the "Actions" column, and click Reset Password.
- When you are finished, select the notification "Send new password details to the advocate" (Only sent when the notification is active)." If you have this notification email turned on for your program, the associated advocate will receive this email once you change the password.
