How do I Manually Pay my Invoice?

Payments are typically set to occur automatically with the card stored in your account. However, if your card has expired or if we couldn't process the payment automatically for any other reason, you may need to add a new card and make the payment manually.

To manually pay an invoice, you should be able to navigate to the Billing section.

Next, a modal with a form will appear to complete the following fields:

• Reference: This can be useful for internal reference. You can add a timestamp, a payment id, etc.
• Bonus amount: Add the bonus amount to reward your advocate.

When complete, click on the Issue now button.
